Our courses are aimed at complete beginners as well as those who have had some experience of woodturning and are looking to improve their current skills.
Rich has been a woodworker for over 30 years and will set the pace of the course and tailor the content depending on what you personally want to get from the day.
If you’re a beginner, you’ll be taught the basics of woodturning with green wood. If you have turned before, you will get the chance for lots more practice and to develop your skills
We have three Union Graduate lathes in our studio and because courses are limited to a maximum of two students, you will have your own dedicated lathe to work on.
We are situated just a couple of miles from the North Cornwall coast with access to the South West Coast Path a few minutes drive away.
